I provide a supportive, contained and safe space to explore the reasons you’ve reached out for therapy at this point in your life.

As we work together, I listen to and connect with your story, allowing you to bring and share all parts of yourself at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

The symptoms that lead people to therapy often carry important messages about what in their lives needs attention. They can point to unmet needs from the past, to patterns you have outgrown and may need to let go of, or to latent strengths and potential waiting to be discovered and realised.

Our therapy sessions can help you process and bring closure to difficult experiences, develop practical coping strategies, and try out new ways of relating to yourself and others.

My approach goes beyond increasing intellectual self-awareness or changing your thoughts: it aims to translate insight into an embodied, felt experience by engaging both emotion and the body.
